Scott L. Parkin
President
Scott retired in 2014 from Justice in Aging and held senior level management positions with several national aging organizations during his career. He previously served Reston for a Lifetime as vice president and treasurer. He has lived in Reston since 1986 and has been a member of the Fellowship Square and Reston Interfaith (now Cornerstones) Board of Directors.

Tim Ells
Vice President
Tim is currently president of Ride Assist Naperville Board of Directors and has over 35 years of executive management experience serving as CEO of Mobility Concepts and Active Links Communications, Inc. He is a Reston resident.

Patricia Wardino
Secretary
Patricia brings her skills as an analyst, researcher, writer, editor and project coordinator to Reston for a Lifetime. She retired from Emeritas Research Group of Landsdowne, Virginia, in 2024 and is a 20-year Reston resident.

Treasurer
Latha Reddy is vice president and director of Technology & Cybersecurity for Spire Investment Partners in McLean, VA. She has a long career in senior management both in the private and government sectors.

Eileen Roehr
Director
Eileen Roehr, has been in love with Reston since the 60s and moved here in 1977. A retired Psychiatric Nurse Clinical Specialist with significant administrative experience, she became interested in dementia care when her husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2018 and is a certified Dementia Professional. Yoga for healthy aging, is her avocation.

Director
Ralph Tartaglione is an independent consultant serving public and private health care and human services organizations. He has over 35 years of management experience in information technology and systems implementation, business and non-profit development, strategic planning, and program evaluation and data analysis. He has lived in Reston since 2018.

Megan is a certified care manager and consultant who founded Golden Pond Elder Care Strategies in 2011. Her 40-year career has spanned rehabilitation, home health, long-term care, mental health, community and government relations.

Director
Phil is a fundraising professional with 25-years of experience in developing and implementing long-term and short-term strategic plans in support of staff and boards of nonprofit organizations. A resident of Falls Church, he is a grant writer on the staff of the English Empowerment Center.

A long-time Reston resident, Sharon is a retired healthcare professional with a background in government affairs, advocacy and information technology policy. Sharon is immediate past president and led Reston for a Lifetime since its 2014 beginnings.
